Production Operatives to join a leading manufacturing company in
St Austell.
This is an opportunity for immediate temporary work through to the end of 2026, with the possibility of roles being extended beyond year-end based on business needs. This extension is not guaranteed.
The role involves packing, quality checking, operating and monitoring machinery, completing production paperwork and working towards production targets.
What We Offer
- £14.61 per hour.
- Immediate starts available.

- Full training provided.
- Weekly rotating shifts.
- Week 1: 6am-2pm.
- Week 2: 2pm-10pm.
- Week 3: 10pm-6am.
Key Duties
- Pack and quality check products.
- Operate and monitor machinery.
- Complete production paperwork.
- Work towards production targets.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Requirements
Required:
- Reliable and hardworking approach.
- Good attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Desirable:
- Previous factory or production experience is helpful but not essential.
