Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and personable Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. You will use our app to cherry pick the shifts that you would like to work at venues based all over Manchester, from stadiums and hotels, to conference venues, live music and festivals

1 year experience in the role of either waiter or bartender required

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu, offering recommendations and answering questions about food and beverages

• Take accurate orders for food and drinks, ensuring timely delivery with a focus on quality service

• Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and safety guidelines

• Monitor guest needs throughout their visit, providing attentive service to enhance their experience

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and checking expiration dates for food safety compliance

• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours, managing time effectively to serve all guests promptly

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or bartending required; enthusiasm for learning is key

• Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices

• Strong bartending skills, including drink mixing, garnishing, and presentation

• Excellent serving skills with a friendly attitude and ability to engage with diverse guests

• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately

• Effective time management to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods

• Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
