We are looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our Children's Social Care team.
About you…
You will be a motivated professional who excels in both teamwork and independent work. This role requires strong communication skills to effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders. A proactive attitude and keen attention to detail are also essential for success in this position.
About the team…
You will join our close-knit, friendly and hardworking administration team, known for its dedication and commitment. The work involved is highly confidential as we are part of the Children’s Social Care department. You will engage closely with colleagues within the children's teams as well as with external agencies, handling sensitive information with care and discretion.
This is a part-time role, for 18.5 hours per week, over two and a half days.
Key responsibilities...
As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for:
the processing of invoices within an electronic CRM
communicating with internal and external stakeholders
handling and processing of information
being the first point of contact for Children's Social Care's finance
and other administration related tasks
