Location: Thanet, Kent

Salary: Up to £14.00 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week

The role:

As a 6-Colour Print Machine Minder, you'll be responsible for setting up, operating and maintaining a six-colour printing press, ensuring every production run meets the required quality standards.

You'll play an important part in keeping production running smoothly, minimising waste and downtime, and delivering products that meet customer specifications.

Key responsibilities would be to:

• Setting up, operating and maintaining a six-colour printing press.
• Monitoring print quality and making adjustments throughout production runs.
• Carrying out routine maintenance and basic fault-finding.
• Identifying and resolving production issues to minimise downtime and waste.
• Working closely with colleagues and supervisors to meet production deadlines.
• Maintaining high standards of quality, health and safety.

Experience and skills required:

• Previous experience operating a six-colour printing machine.
• A good eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• The ability to identify faults, troubleshoot issues and make adjustments.
• An understanding of quality control in a manufacturing environment.
• A reliable, proactive approach and the ability to work well within a team.
