Site Manager - Commercial Construction Project - Ashford

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Site Manager to oversee the successful delivery of a commercial construction project. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing contractor with a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
• Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations and company procedures
• Monitor project progress and report to senior management
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and site presentation
• Conduct site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
• Manage site documentation including RAMS, permits, and progress reports
• Identify and resolve on-site issues efficiently

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial construction projects
• SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS certification essential
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple trades and work to tight deadlines
• Excellent knowledge of health & safety regulations
• Full UK driving licence preferred
