SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager - Remote (UK) Salary: Up to £75,000 Location: UK-wide / flexible home working with some client-site travel
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of SAP SuccessFactors transformation projects. The successful candidate will join a highly specialised HRIS consultancy who provide advisory services on HCM projects and engagements.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in project managing SAP or SuccessFactors implementations, who is comfortable coordinating delivery and working closely with stakeholders throughout an implementation.
The role is focused on project management and delivery rather than hands-on system configuration or implementation. You will be responsible for managing SuccessFactors projects, working across client and project teams to support successful delivery.
The organisation operates a flexible working model. Employees are based across the UK and can work predominantly from home, although there will be a requirement to attend client sites. At the beginning of an engagement, this could typically involve one or two days per week, reducing to one or two days per fortnight as the project progresses.
What we're looking for
- Strong Project Management experience
- Previous experience managing SAP projects, ideally SAP SuccessFactors
- Demonstrable experience of managing SuccessFactors implementations
- Comfortable operating in a client-facing project environment
- Able to manage projects from a delivery perspective rather than being a hands-on functional consultant
- Flexibility to travel to client sites when required
LocationCandidates can be based anywhere in the UK, although a North West location could be advantageous given the organisation currently has a number of clients in the region. The role is nevertheless open nationally.
