Treehouse Hotel London is looking for a reliable, organised and detail-oriented Goods-In Receiver to join our Finance team, reporting to the Unit Controller.

You will be responsible for receiving, checking and recording deliveries across the hotel, ensuring all goods meet our quality standards and match approved purchase orders. Working closely with all departments, you will help ensure deliveries are processed efficiently and that stock and purchasing controls are maintained to a high standard.

About Treehouse Hotel London

Treehouse Hotel London is a playful, one-of-a-kind lifestyle hotel high above Marylebone, inspired by the sense of adventure and freedom of childhood treehouses. Warm, nostalgic and full of unexpected details, Treehouse brings together spectacular London views, imaginative spaces and destination dining at Madera and rooftop bar The Nest, creating a hotel experience that’s anything but ordinary.

Make Every Moment Matter

Every day is different, but every day you'll have the opportunity to make a positive impact. You will:

  • Receive and check deliveries for accuracy, quality, quantity and condition.

  • Ensure

Procure Wizard is accurately maintained and updated daily, with all goods received recorded against the correct purchase orders.

  • Identify and resolve delivery discrepancies, damaged goods, shortages and incorrect products.

  • Check food delivery temperatures, product dates and storage requirements.

  • Maintain accurate delivery documentation to support invoice matching and financial controls.

  • Support stock control, stocktakes, stock rotation and supplier credit requests.

  • Maintain clean, organised and safe receiving and storage areas.

  • Build effective working relationships with suppliers and colleagues across all hotel departments.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in goods receiving, stock control, stores or a similar role, ideally within hospitality.

  • Strong attention to detail, numerical skills and accurate record-keeping.

  • Good IT skills; experience using Procure Wizard or a similar purchasing system would be an advantage.

  • A proactive approach to identifying discrepancies and maintaining financial controls.

  • Excellent organisation, reliability and communication skills.

  • A professional, helpful attitude and the confidence to challenge incorrect deliveries.

No hospitality experience? No problem. If you bring the right attitude and a passion for people, we'll give you the training and support to succeed.
