Southampton / Portsmouth area - Covering further afield across the South

£30,000 - £45,000 + Overtime (+£5,000 - £10,000 OTE) + Company Van with Personal Use + Training + Career Progression

A leading manufacturer of specialist aesthetic laser systems is looking to recruit a Field Service Engineer to support customers across the South Coast region.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established business that designs and manufactures its own equipment, offering engineers the chance to work directly with cutting-edge technology while receiving ongoing training and support.

The Role

• Installation, service, maintenance and repair of aesthetic laser equipment
• Diagnosing electrical, electronic and mechanical faults
• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and breakdown response
• Providing a high level of customer support and technical advice
• Completing service reports and maintaining accurate records
• Covering Southampton, Portsmouth and surrounding areas with occasional travel further afield

The Candidate

• Experienced aesthetic laser field service engineers
• Medical device service engineers with relevant transferable skills
• Ambitious electromechanical engineers looking to break into the aesthetic laser sector

You will need:

• Strong fault-finding skills on electrical and mechanical systems
• Previous field service experience
• Excellent customer-facing skills
• A full UK driving licence
• A proactive and professional approach

Package

• £30,000 - £45,000 basic salary depending on experience
• Overtime typically adding £5,000 - £10,000 per year
• Company van with personal use
