Location: Hyde, Greater Manchester - SK14

Salary: £26,436.80 annually

Job Type: Full-time, Temp-Perm (In-person)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, with alternating Saturdays

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join a growing and fast-paced business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and working as part of a supportive team.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding support throughout their journey. You'll work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure customers receive a professional, efficient, and positive experience at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct welcoming outbound calls to new customers to confirm orders and provide relevant information.
• Manage customer enquiries via telephone and email, ensuring a high standard of service.
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, refunds, and exchanges in line with company procedures.
• Assist customers visiting the showroom or office and handle face-to-face enquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems accordingly.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a seamless customer experience.

About You

Essential Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident using emails, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• High attention to detail and strong administrative skills.
• A positive, resilient, and customer-focused approach.
• Happy to work alternating Saturdays as part of the role.
