Rate of Pay: First 9 months, £11.44 per hour, rising to £12.21 from April 2025
Thereafter, £12.41

We are looking for a flexible, reliable and hardworking individual to join our casual pool of cleaners at Life. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the cleanliness of the science centre and other areas on site.

Responsibilities include sweeping and mopping floor areas, dusting, bin emptying, sanitisation of large spaces, and the upkeep of toilet facilities and other cleaning tasks as required. Training, including the operation of buffer machines, will be provided. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.

The ability to deliver work to a high standard independently is important. As the science centre is open seven days a week, shift patterns include weekend work, primarily in the early mornings and evenings.
