Job Title: Groundworker

Location: Stroud

Salary: £21.50 per hour (CIS payments optional)

Start Date: Wednesday 14 October 2026

Duration: Temp to Perm

Harper’s are currently seeking experienced and reliable Groundworker to join a busy and well-established construction company based in Stroud.

The successful candidate will be required to work away from home during the week, depending on project requirements. Accommodation will be provided.

Duties Will Include:

- Carrying out all aspects of groundwork

- Working as part of a team to meet project deadlines

- Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment

- Following site health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

- A valid CSCS card

- A willingness to work away from home during the week

- Own PPE and tools

- Reliable, punctual and hardworking

- Previous experience in a similar role
