Inclusive Support Practitioner - Braintree, Essex

Morgan Hunt is recruiting an

Inclusive Support Practitioner to support learners with additional needs within a further education setting in Braintree.

Are you passionate about helping young people build confidence, develop independence and achieve their potential? This could be a rewarding next step for you.

Key responsibilities:

Provide individual and small-group support for learners with SEND.

Help learners access lessons, understand tasks and stay engaged.

Adapt learning resources alongside teaching staff.

Promote independence, communication and positive behaviour.

Support progress towards individual learning goals and EHCP outcomes.

Maintain accurate records and share updates with the wider support team.

We're looking for someone with:

Experience supporting young people with SEND in education or a relevant care setting.

A patient, adaptable and encouraging approach.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

An understanding of safeguarding and inclusive practice.
