Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 16:00 or 08:00 - 17:00

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a

Transport Administrator on behalf of our client in Wishaw. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to join a busy transport operation supporting a small fleet of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out daily driver debriefs.
• Maintaining regular communication with drivers throughout the day.
• Monitoring transport administration and ensuring records are up to date.
• Downloading and collating driver data from electronic devices onto spreadsheets.
• Managing emails and responding to enquiries in a timely manner.
• Providing general administrative support to the transport operation.
• Assisting with any additional duties as required.

Experience & Skills:

• Previous administration experience is essential.
• Transport or logistics administration experience would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of transport planning is desirable, although planning is carried out remotely.
• Confident using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
