Purpose of the Job - Call Handler

• Answer incoming calls and handle customer enquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
• Log calls accurately on internal systems, ensuring all customer details and requests are recorded correctly.
• Assess customer needs and direct enquiries to the appropriate team or service where required.
• Update systems with call outcomes, actions taken and any follow-up requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service by maintaining clear communication and resolving enquiries at the first point of contact wherever possible.
• Monitor and manage call volumes to ensure service levels and response targets are met.
