Glen Group are actively recruiting for a Permanent, Part time, Working Cleaning Supervisor to join a well-established and growing cleaning business in the Meir, ST3 area.

You will need to be available to work Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, between the hours of 06:00-14:00 each day at £13.50 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead by example while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness.

Supervise and support a small daytime team and an evening cleaning team

Plan and allocate daily cleaning duties.

Carry out regular client walk-rounds and respond promptly to any requests or concerns.

Complete quality audits and ensure all cleaning standards are consistently achieved.

Undertake deep cleaning tasks as required.

Train, motivate and monitor cleaning staff.

Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed.

Maintain cleaning equipment and report any faults.

Manage stock levels and order cleaning supplies when required.

Complete all required paperwork and reports accurately

Cleaning certain area's

What We're Looking For:

Previous cleaning supervisory experience.

High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to motivate and manage a team.

Good organisational and time management skills.

Knowledge of health and safety procedures.

Ability to work independently and use initiative.
