We're on the lookout for a skilled CBT Therapists, Psychotherapists or Clinical/Counselling Psychologists to join our exceptional therapy team. The funding for this vacancy is available through a special program to recruit fully qualified and accredited therapists who are already trained to deliver a NICE recommended high intensity talking therapy (CBT, CfD, DIT, IPT, MBCT or EMDR) and who are not currently in employment in an NHS Talking Therapies service.
Due to the unique funding arrangements, please be aware that we are not able to consider applications from any therapist who is currently in paid employment in an NHS Talking Therapies service, or any therapist who is not already trained and accredited to deliver a NICE recommended high intensity therapy that we offer. The only exception to this is Clinical Psychology trainees who are at the end of their training and who’s qualification and BABCP accreditation is pending

Embark on an exciting journey with us! The ideal candidate will bring finely honed assessment and therapy skills tailored for a Primary Care IAPT service. Beyond your foundational training, we're committed to enhancing your expertise with specialised training in a relational-based IAPT modality, such as Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy (DIT) or Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), within the first year of joining.
As a valuable team member, you'll manage a caseload of telephone/video clients, complemented by a select group of face-to-face engagements. Our staff currently attend clinics for up to two days a week, balancing the remaining workweek from the comfort of home—a strategy continually refined to meet our evolving clinical demands.
Flexibility is our forte, and we enthusiastically welcome applications from those seeking part-time or flexible hours. Operating Monday to Thursday (8 am to 8 pm) and Friday (8 am to 5 pm), you have the freedom to nominate your preferred working hours, with a commitment to work a minimum of one evening per week.

You will work alongside professionals from various clinical approaches trained in modalities such as guided self-help, EMDR, IPT, DIT, CfD, BCT and more! We also have a dedicated team working with physical health related problems and long-term conditions; this offers many opportunities to work within other internal teams.
You would also hold a small caseload of face-to-face clients and offer the majority of your clinical work via video and telephone. Currently our staff are attending our clinical buildings one day a week and then working the rest of the week at home, this would be continually reviewed inline with our clinical demands.
