We are searching for an experienced SEN teaching assistant to join our school based in Guildford on a day-to-day basis / long term contract basis.
Requirements & Qualifications
Qualifications:
GCSEs in English and Mathematics (Grade C/4 or above, or equivalent standard). Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable.
Prior experience working with children or young people, preferably within SEN.
Strong communication skills, patience, emotional resilience, and a proactive approach.
High levels of empathy, professionalism, and the ability to build trust with challenging or vulnerable pupils.
Enhanced child and adult workforce DBS on the update service or willingness to undergo one.
Working Hours:
9:30-3:30
Salary: £88-£100 a day
