About the Opportunity

Zest Optical are supporting an advanced optical practice in Richmond, London, which is looking for an Optical Store Manager to lead the store and the team.

The practice has had a strong run recently, and the focus now is on keeping that momentum going. It's a store that sets the standard on design, technology and product range, and it needs a manager who wants to build on that rather than simply maintain it.

The Role

• Optical Store Manager role within an advanced, premium practice in Richmond
• Build on the success the store has already achieved
• Oversee day-to-day operations and processes
• Real autonomy to bring your own ideas and drive the business forward
• Develop the team through recruitment and training, so service consistently reflects the brand's values
• Work closely with the senior management team on brand awareness, including marketing and PR events

• A successful track record in an optical setting
• Entrepreneurial drive, with a genuine interest in developing the business and the people around you
• Strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to get the best out of a team
