Salary: £45,000 – £53,000 per annum (depending on shift pattern)

Job Type: Permanent

Shift Options: Continental Shifts OR Monday–Friday Rotating Double Days

Bradford (BD4).

We're looking for experienced

Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineers with strong electrical and/or mechanical maintenance skills to join a busy, fast-paced manufacturing operation.

Whether you're electrically biased, mechanically biased or genuinely multi-skilled, we'd love to hear from you!

TWO SHIFT PATTERNS AVAILABLE

OPTION 1 – CONTINENTAL SHIFTS

•

Salary: £50,000 – £53,000 per annum

•

Continental shift rotation

•

Permanent position

OPTION 2 – ROTATING DOUBLE DAYS

•

Salary: £45,000 – £48,000 per annum

•

Monday to Friday

•

6:00am – 2:00pm / 2:00pm – 10:00pm (weekly rotation)

•

No night shifts!

•

Permanent position

THE ROLE

As a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you'll play a key role in ensuring production machinery operates safely, reliably and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

•

Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.

•

Diagnosing and resolving electrical and mechanical breakdowns.

•

Fault-finding on motors, drives, sensors and production machinery.

•

Working with mechanical systems, hydraulics and pneumatics.

•

Supporting continuous improvement and machinery reliability initiatives.

•

Minimising downtime and maintaining production efficiency.

•

Working closely with production teams to resolve engineering issues.

•

Maintaining excellent health and safety standards.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Essential Requirements:

•

Level 3 qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent).

•

Previous maintenance engineering experience within manufacturing or an industrial environment.

•

Strong electrical and/or mechanical fault-finding skills.

•

Experience with planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdowns.

•

A proactive, hands-on approach to engineering maintenance.

Desirable Experience:

•

PLC fault-finding.

•

Hydraulics and pneumatics.

•

Automated production machinery.

•

Motors, drives and control systems.

•

Continuous improvement and reliability maintenance.
