Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM – 17:00 PM (No weekend work)

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Counterbalance Forklift Driver / Production Operative to join our team in Corby. This is a versatile role offering an excellent mix of forklift operation, production, and warehouse duties within a food manufacturing environment.If you thrive in a varied environment and hold a valid counterbalance forklift license, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Forklift Operation: Safely operating a counterbalance forklift truck to move stock.

Order Processing: Using a computer system to accurately input and manage orders.

Picking and Packing: Order picking using a scanning gun and preparing items for dispatch.

Food Production: Weighing up food goods and checking the overall quality of products.

Machine Work: Machine operating and machine minding to ensure smooth production runs.

Housekeeping: Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment.
