£35,000 per annum

3 shift rotation, 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm and 10pm - 6am, flexibility required

Duties of a Production Supervisor

• Ensuring stock and deliveries are on-point.
• Organising team members to job functions.
• Creating and updating records on in-house computer system
• Ensuring compliance and administration documentation meet quality standards.
• Communicating to key stakeholders

Experience of a Production

Supervisor

• Experience with prefabricated structural timber products
• Previous Production Supervisor experience within a manufacturing environment
• Good communication skills
• Reporting KPI and ensuring delivery slots are met
• Team player

Working hours and salary of a Production Supervisor

3 shift rotation, 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm and 10pm - 6am, flexibility required.

£35,500 per annum

Based in Erdington.

Temporary to Permanent.
