Develop and provide specialist clinical Perinatal pathways in secondary care mental health, in line with national and local agendas.Oversee current clinical pathways in Local Primary Mental Health Support Services and partner agencies to ensure seamless access to care and treatment. Ensure that demand is met by the most appropriately skilled Clinical Practitioners and to ensure that pathways of care are seamless and according to patient need.Promote a culture based on principles of recovery, choice, and personalised care, in which the mothers and key supports, where agreed, are actively involved in decision-making about their care and treatment. Work in an effective partnership with, the Specialist Perinatal Team Lead, the Consultant Psychiatrists, Psychological Therapies and Midwifery, Children andfamily services thus providing a strong multi-disciplinary leadership model. Carry an individual PNMH caseload of complex clinical need and clinical risk. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
