This post is part-time (14 hours per week), and open ended with funding available to 31 July 2026 in the first instance. Days to be worked will be Thursday and Friday.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Schools’ Programmes Coordinator to join the University’s External Relations.
In this role you will be working with the Schools’ Programme Team Leader to coordinate the University WP&LLL Schools’ Programmes and ensure their effective and efficient delivery to c. 5,000 S4-S6 secondary school pupils in 160 secondary schools in the West of Scotland.
You will work with internal and external partners to achieve positive outcomes for pupils and ensure the programmes are viable, effective and attractive pathways for learners into undergraduate degree-level study at the University.
You will work with the Schools’ Programmes Team Leader and Head of WP&LLL to review, improve and develop the programmes on an annual basis and to secure ongoing programme funding.
