About

Main duties To use a range of evidence-based tools and techniques for assessments, goals, and motivating clients To manage a high-volume low intensity caseload of clients via face to face, telephone, video, group & online work To work with groups of clients to help them achieve their goals To collate and analyse performance data as necessary To develop effective relationships with a range of external organisations and agencies To promote the service to communities and agencies as appropriate To keep accurate and up to date records of client records in line with service policy To ensure quality standards are adhered to and met and that audits are passed To ensure all statutory responsibilities are followed and reported as required To attend and complete a one-year academic course and meet associated targets
