About

The postholder will assist Radiographers, Consultant Radiologists and other staff working within all sections of the Radiology Department and its spoke facilities (to include Ultrasound, General X-Ray, Fluoroscopy, Mammography, CT and MRI) carrying out radiography-related duties, as required They will contribute to the provision of high quality patient care for all patients attending the Radiology Department, ensuring seamless delivery of services within the designated work area The postholder will carry out assigned tasks involving direct patient care, under the supervision of a Registered Practitioner. To include supporting patients with personal care needs, and providing chaperoning support as required They will work within the reception areas and appointments centre, as required, performing patient reception duties, and general administrative & clerical tasks as defined by the Service Manager The post requires full participation in the rotational shift system The postholder is required to take accountability and responsibility for own actions ,and to work within the CARE values of the Trust
