Role Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Litter Picker / General Operative to work on a farm. This is a hands-on, outdoor role involving general site upkeep and litter management across the farm.

This position is ideal for someone looking for part-time work, offering two set days per week in a quiet rural environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Litter picking and maintaining cleanliness across the site
• General operative duties to support farm operations
• Working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ensuring a safe and tidy working environment

Working Hours

• Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Friday: 8:00am - 4:00pm (early finish)

Breaks

Total 1 hour per day, split as follows:

• 15 minutes (morning)
• 30 minutes (lunch)
• 15 minutes (afternoon)

Requirements

• Must be reliable and able to work independently
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Due to the remote location, a driving licence and own vehicle are essential
• Must bring own lunch as there are no nearby shops
