Materials Management Manager - Radlett

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Materials Management Manager to work with Streetwave in Radlett. You will oversee logistics, tooling, spare parts, and inventory support at a specialized aviation facility, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient service delivery.

Pay rates:

* 19.00 GBP hourly

Essential requirements for Materials Management Manager:

* Experience in logistics, materials, warehousing, or supply chain, ideally within a regulated environment.

* Strong knowledge of inventory, customs, tooling, and documentation.

* Proficiency in IT systems and strong leadership capabilities.

* Highly organized, customer-focused, and confident in managing priorities and resolving issues.

Desirable requirements for Materials Management Manager:

* Experience within a Leonardo Helicopters, OEM, MRO, or Part 145 environment.

* Knowledge of aviation regulations, traceability, calibration, and inventory management.

* Familiarity with customs, international shipping, ERP/WMS systems, audits, and Lean processes.

* Logistics qualifications and experience managing KPIs and SLAs.

* French or Dutch language skills would be advantageous.

* Hands-on experience in Import/Export and stakeholder management.
