Senior CDP or Sous Chef

About

We are seeking an experienced CDP that is ready to step up or Sous Chef to join our friendly small team. The successful candidate will have experience in cooking a range of higher quality pub classics and some elevated dishes with all fresh ingredients.

You will be working as part of a team of four with 2 chefs and a KP on all shifts (3 chefs on a Sunday) working 5 days a week, (split shifts on Monday to Friday, One of 3 shifts on a Saturday and 9am until 6ish on Sundays.) Flexibility available to days off.

We would love for your input in weekly specials and menu changes and welcome your creativity!

We are an independent village pub, not a chain, with an amazing, welcoming team of mixed ages. We would love to welcome you as soon as possible so you can settle before the start of the festive period.
