HRGO are currently recruiting for a Mortgage Administrator to support a team of busy Mortgage Advisors in their Ellesmere Port-based office. This is an Administrative role, suitable for someone with a similar background!

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee mortgage cases throughout the application process, from initial submission to final completion.
• Work closely with clients, mortgage lenders, solicitors and estate agents to coordinate each case.
• Monitor application progress, follow up on outstanding requirements and provide timely updates to relevant parties.
• Maintain accurate client files and ensure all documentation meets regulatory and compliance standards.
• Provide administrative support to mortgage advisers, helping to ensure clients receive an efficient and positive experience.

What Were Looking For:

• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
• A proactive, team-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple cases and competing priorities.
• A professional, approachable and customer-focused manner.
• Previous experience in mortgage administration would be beneficial, although training may be available for the right candidate.
