We believe our colleagues are at the centre of the excellent care we provide. That's why we offer full training, development opportunities and a fantastic range of benefits to support you both at work and beyond.

You don't need previous experience in a care or domestic setting. What matters most to us is your attitude, willingness to learn and your desire to make a difference. We'll give you the training and support you need to succeed.

At Sycamore Lodge, our residents are at the heart of everything we do. We’re looking for a Domestic Assistant to join our busy and friendly team and help us maintain a home that our residents can feel proud of and comfortable in.

Working as part of our dedicated domestic team, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  •  Supporting with laundry and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene

  •  Ensuring the home is tidy, fresh and welcoming for our residents and visitors

  •  Building positive relationships with residents, their families and colleagues

  •  Using cleaning products safely and following COSHH guidelines

  • Working as part of a supportive team while also being confident working independently

You'll be an important part of the wider team, helping to create an environment where our residents can feel comfortable, valued and at home.

You don't need previous experience or qualifications — we'll provide the training and support you need.
