Tool Setter – Injection Moulding

Are you a seasoned Tool Setter with a knack for precision and problem-solving? Ready to work with cutting-edge injection moulding machinery? This is your chance to own the process, drive efficiency, and keep production running like a dream.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Swapping out tools and colours with speed and precision ️
Fine-tuning machines (60T–600T) to run at peak performance
Keeping moulds clean and in top-notch condition
Working closely with quality control, tool room, and production teams
Reporting and resolving tooling issues like a true problem-solver
Ensuring high safety and quality standards are met at all times

What You Bring to the Table:

Injection moulding experience (Ferromatik knowledge is a plus!)
Expertise in twin shot, stack moulds, and multi-cavity hot runner systems
A deep understanding of valve gate systems
A proactive mindset—you're reliable, adaptable, and ready to lead
Top-notch communication & problem-solving skills
