Aftersales Service Advisor / Appointment Scheduler / Fair Oak / £30K+ (DOE) & Benefits

Love cars and enjoy helping people? This could be the role for you!

Eclipse Car Sales is growing! Following our recent expansion into a new sales showroom, with over 200 cars in stock, we're looking for an enthusiastic, organised

Aftersales Service Advisor / Appointment Scheduler to join our experienced team in Fair Oak.

You'll be the first point of contact for customers needing aftersales support, helping ensure their experience remains first-class long after they've driven away. From arranging workshop appointments to keeping customers informed about repairs, you'll play a key role in delivering a smooth, professional service.

What You'll Be Doing

•

Booking vehicles into the workshop and gathering essential information to help technicians diagnose and resolve issues.

•

Keeping customers updated on repair progress, explaining work required and providing realistic timescales.

•

Handling aftersales enquiries and resolving customer concerns, with support from the Aftersales Manager.

•

Arranging workshop appointments and managing courtesy car bookings.

•

Obtaining customer authorisation and payments for repairs.

•

Working with the Aftersales Manager to assess warranty claims and chargeable repairs.

•

Supporting the wider team with sales enquiries where appropriate.

•

Carrying out general forecourt duties, including moving vehicles and taking cars for MOTs and workshop visits.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is customer-focused, confident on the phone and comfortable working in a busy automotive environment.

Ideally, you'll have:

•

Good automotive knowledge and an interest in cars.

•

Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.

•

Strong IT skills, including Excel, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.

•

Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

•

A proactive, self-motivated approach and a commitment to delivering great customer service.

•

Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage, but it's not essential if you have a good understanding of cars and the right attitude. You'll work closely with the Aftersales Manager, with support as you learn the role.

Why Join Eclipse Car Sales?

•

Join an experienced, supportive team.

•

Be part of a growing dealership with a recently expanded showroom and over 200 cars in stock.

•

Enjoy a varied role combining customer service, administration and automotive knowledge.

•

Develop your skills and take on greater responsibility as you gain experience.

Interested?

If you're organised, enjoy working with people and have a passion for cars, we'd love to hear from you!
