Summary

Concept Resources are currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced Multi-Skilled Operative (MSO) to work at a government office in Truro.

This is a long-term temporary position, ideal for someone with previous facilities management, cleaning or general site support experience.

The role involves working split shifts, Monday to Friday, supporting the day-to-day cleanliness, presentation and general upkeep of the premises.

Duties

- Carrying out general cleaning duties across offices, communal areas and washrooms.

- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the building.

- Completing general facilities support tasks as required.

- Monitoring and replenishing cleaning and washroom supplies.

- Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately.

- Reporting maintenance issues, hazards or defects to the appropriate person.

- Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the premises.

Responsibilities

- Working independently and completing allocated tasks to a high standard.

- Following site health and safety procedures.

- Using the mandatory telephone clocking-in and clocking-out system.

- Following site security procedures, including key holding and alarm operation where required.

- Maintaining a professional and reliable approach throughout each shift.

- Ensuring all duties are completed within the allocated working hours.
