Young People’s Services Lead (North Wales)

About

Working 18.5 hours a week (some evenings and 1 or 2 weekends a month) you will have an exciting opportunity to lead the development, delivery and promotion of Young People Service across North Wales, whilst also ensuring adopted young people and their families understand how to access the adoption support services available.

You will

Deliver in person monthly activity groups for adopted children and young people across the North Wales area and assist with facilitation of an online youth council.

Support with Family days

Lead on the processing of referrals and initial engagement with young people and their parents.

Deliver an annual programme of group sessions and activities.

Champion young people who wish to have their voices heard in national and regional forums

Gather outcomes and monitoring information to inform the development and promotion of the service and contribute to wider adoption support development.
