Job Opportunity – Site Manager

Location: London

Rate: £300 per day

Duration: Approximately 2 years remaining

We are currently looking for an experienced

Site Manager to oversee works on a long-term project in London.

Scope of Works:

•

Generator replacement

•

New switchgear installation

•

Coordinating site logistics

•

Managing Health & Safety

•

General site management duties and overseeing day-to-day site operations

Requirements:

•

Minimum

7 years' experience working as a Site Manager

•

Must hold a valid

SMSTS certificate – SSSTS alone will not be accepted.

•

Relevant construction management qualifications, such as an

NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management or equivalent.

•

Relevant Health & Safety knowledge and experience managing site operations.

•

Experience with electrical installations, generator replacements and switchgear works would be highly beneficial.

•

Strong organisational and communication skills.
