We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to join our team in Watford, starting in November.

The role involves managing recruitment activity, developing client relationships, overseeing candidate pipelines, supporting recruitment consultants and identifying new business opportunities.

The successful candidate will help drive recruitment activity, generate and develop new business, support the wider recruitment team and work towards successful placements.

This is a flexible commission-only opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional with strong commercial and leadership skills.
