We are looking for approachable, positive individuals who are eager to make a genuine difference in the lives of young children. We do not expect you to know everything on day one—we value your fantastic attitude, your Level 2 qualification, and your passion for early years education!

What your day will look like:

Collaborating with your team to maintain a vibrant, safe, and happy space where children feel completely at ease and ready to learn.

Assisting in the creation and delivery of playful, messy, and engaging activities guided by the EYFS framework.

Supporting the children’s individual needs throughout the day, including creative arts, outdoor garden exploration, mealtimes, and quiet rest.

Forming friendly, trusting relationships with parents and carers, happily chatting with them at drop-off and pick-up times about their child's daily milestones.

Working alongside experienced, qualified practitioners who are always on hand to answer questions, guide your practice, and help you grow.
