Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a

Warehouse Operative to join our client based in

Birmingham Saltly. Our client specialises in the supply and process high-performance materials like stainless steel, nickel, titanium, aluminium, and copper alloys for aerospace, defence, medical, and industrial sectors

Your Role

As a

Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:

• working on Metal Processing machines
• Loading and unloading deliveries and goods.
• Checking incoming and outgoing stock for accuracy and quality.
• Preparing orders for dispatch and ensuring products are correctly labelled.
• Moving stock around the warehouse using appropriate equipment.
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised warehouse environment.
• Assisting with stock checks and inventory management.
• Working as part of a team to ensure customer orders are completed on time.
• Following all company health and safety procedures.
• Carrying out general warehouse duties as required.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience is essential.
• Good level of physical fitness, as the role involves manual handling.
• Ability to work in a busy warehouse environment.
• Good attention to detail when picking and checking orders.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Positive approach to work and willingness to learn.

Pay & Shifts

£12.71 per hour

Monday - Friday

Day shifts - 07:30 - 16:00

30 mins unpaid break
