Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday

Salary: Up to £31,000 per annum

About The Role

We are looking for a motivated and organised Administrator to join our dedicated team in Staines. You will play a key role in supporting the operational team, ensuring smooth administration, accurate records, and excellent service delivery to residents, clients, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities & Criteria

Will need to be doing data entry daily

Dealing with Asbestos request

Loading and delivering Specifications on to the system

You will need to chase operatives to ensure jobs are being completed

Uploading of SOR codes to the systems

Responding to emails from tenants & client

Responding to contractors

Answering phone calls

Diary allocation for the contractors
