Link3 Recruitment are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic 

Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming and vibrant primary schools located in Coventry and surrounding areas. 

This will be to work across schools that prides themselves on creating an environment where children feel excited to learn, inspired to explore, and encouraged to ask questions. Their vision centres around nurturing a love of learning by fostering curiosity, creativity, and a sense of wonder in every child. About the Role

As an 

HLTA, you will play a key role in supporting high-quality teaching and learning across the school. You will work closely with class teachers, deliver planned lessons, and provide targeted support to individuals and groups. This role offers 

flexibility, with opportunities for day-to-day cover, short-term placements, or longer-term contracts depending on your availability and career goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons in the absence of the class teacher

• Support teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1, or KS2

• Provide tailored support to groups and individual pupils

• Work collaboratively with staff to maintain a positive and stimulating learning environment

• Help foster a love of learning through curiosity, exploration, and creative thinking

About You

•

HLTA status or equivalent experience

• Confident delivering lessons and supporting whole-class teaching

• Passionate about inspiring children and promoting a positive learning atmosphere

• Flexible, reliable, and committed to high standards of education

• A nurturing, enthusiastic approach that encourages children to thrive

DBS:

All applicants must hold an 

Enhanced DBS (Child Workforce) registered on the 

Update Service, or be willing to apply for one prior to starting work.
