Machine/Power Press Operator

Full-time position | QuTec, Pershore

QuTec is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic person to join our team as a Machine/Power Press Operator.

In this hands-on manufacturing role, you’ll be trained to operate machinery used to press and form metal components. You’ll learn how to set up and operate equipment safely, follow instructions and check that finished parts meet our quality standards.

No previous experience is necessary! We’ll provide full training to the right candidate. A positive attitude, willingness to learn and a good eye for detail are more important than previous experience.

What we’re looking for:

Someone keen to learn new skills and develop within a manufacturing environment.

A reliable team member with good attendance and timekeeping.

Someone who takes pride in their work and follows safety procedures carefully.

Working hours: 39 hours per week over four days, giving you an extra day off each week.

Location: QuTec, Pershore. Having your own transport would be beneficial due to our location.
