- The Role:
Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is seeking a dynamic and logical Business Systems Development Team Lead to join our IT Services team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a small development team, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive process improvements to enhance business systems.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
As a key member of the IT Services team, you will:
Lead and manage the Business Systems Development Team, ensuring effective resource allocation, performance management, and adherence to KPIs and SLAs.
Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, acting as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Collaborate on projects by mapping processes, creating business models, and supporting successful solution delivery.
Ensure cyber security best practices, managing vulnerabilities, system changes, and secure code versioning.
Support process improvement initiatives, ensuring projects align with best practices and strategic objectives.
