If you're someone who thrives on organised, people-focused work-and you're at your best when accuracy and customer care matter-this is a brilliant opportunity. Our Client is hiring for a reputed client looking for two Admin Officers to support court administration, help move cases forward, and deliver a "right first time" service to court users and colleagues.

What you'll be doing:

* Prepare papers and files for court, tribunals, hearings and meetings

* Produce court/tribunal documents and draft standard letters and correspondence using guidelines

* Create and update records on internal systems, including data input and general filing/photocopying

* Support daily court operations, including clerking civil and family courts, tribunals and hearings (ensuring materials are up to date)

* Provide reception/counter support-welcoming court users, handling face-to-face, written and telephone enquiries

* Call people into court/hearings in priority order, liaise with Court Clerks/Legal Advisers and coordinate with the Witness Service as required

* Keep parties informed about changes (such as courtrooms and hearing times)

* Assist with arranging and supporting hearings, including preparing rooms and clearing down at the end of the day

* Support proceedings logistics-collecting/delivering files and bundles to judiciary and clerks, escorting court users in and out, swearing oaths

* Use video-link systems to navigate hearings onsite and remotely, where required

* Work to throughput and accuracy targets, helping maintain quality standards and compliance

* Undertake checks and verification against criteria/procedures, including interpreting information on a court file

* Contribute to continuous improvement-exercising discretion and initiative within systems and processes (SOPS)

What you'll bring:

* Strong administration skills with a careful, accuracy-first approach

* Confident customer service mindset, with the ability to stay calm and helpful in busy environments

* Clear communication skills for face-to-face, telephone and written enquiries

* The ability to follow guidelines and instructions while using discretion to keep cases moving

* Comfort working to workload targets, meeting quality standards and supporting team throughput

* A flexible, team-oriented attitude-supporting colleagues and judiciary both in and out of court/hearing times

* Willingness to support efficient court operations, including basic calculations and preparing straightforward statistical/financial information (where required)

* Professional conduct and empathy when assisting members of the public attending hearings

Additional information:

* Working pattern: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

* Onsite parking available

* Assignment length: until 31/12/2026 (possibility of extension: YES)

* Pay: £13.36 for the first 12 weeks, then £15.59 afterwards

* The role is fully office based
