Who We're Looking For We are seeking an experienced and credible healthcare leader /Modern Matron, who is registered with the NMC, HCPC or an equivalent professional body and has a proven track record of operating at Director of Clinical Services level, or within a comparable senior leadership role in an acute healthcare setting. The successful candidate will have extensive experience leading multidisciplinary teams, delivering strong operational performance and driving clinical excellence through robust governance, patient safety, risk management and quality improvement frameworks. You will bring a strong understanding of CQC and regulatory requirements, alongside experience of developing and implementing clinical strategy and leading service transformation. You will be able to balance quality outcomes with operational and business performance. Exceptional communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills are essential, together with a commitment to continual professional and leadership development. You will bring a passion for delivering exceptional patient-centred care, combining strategic thinking with strong operational leadership to achieve outstanding results. An inspirational and collaborative leader, you will have the ability to influence others, build high-performing teams and drive a culture of continuous improvement. You will demonstrate sound judgement when navigating complex clinical and operational challenges, with a proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in quality, safety, performance and sustainable growth.
