Graduate Academic Mentor
Location: Canterbury, Kent (CT1)
Pay: £500–£560 per week

These opportunities are particularly suited to candidates interested in alternative provision, SEMH support, tutoring and educational psychology.
The Role
•
Deliver engaging academic support in Maths, English and Science.
•
Provide tailored 1:1 tuition and mentoring.
•
Support pupils who may struggle to access mainstream education.
•
Build positive relationships and encourage confidence and independence.
•
Adapt teaching approaches to meet individual learning needs.
•
Help young people work towards their academic and personal goals.
The Ideal Candidate
•
A graduate in Psychology, Education, Maths, English, Science or a related subject.
•
Experienced tutors or candidates with mentoring experience.
•
Aspiring teachers and educational psychologists.
•
Confident working independently and building relationships with young people.
•
Patient, resilient and passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs.
