Transport Compliance Coordinator -Beaconsfield

Hybrid Working | Monday-Friday | £28,000-£30,000

We're looking for a proactive and organised

Transport Compliance Coordinator to support the safe, legal and efficient management of a nationwide fleet of HGV and light commercial vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate vehicle maintenance, MOTs and inspections
• Maintain accurate vehicle and driver compliance records
• Monitor vehicle defects and VOR cases
• Liaise with workshops, suppliers and service providers
• Support driver compliance, tachograph and training records
• Produce compliance reports and KPI data
• Provide general fleet administration support

What We're Looking For:

• Experience within transport, fleet, logistics or compliance administration
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records
• Full UK driving licence
